Acceptance of Terms

By using inktomd (www.inktomd.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Free Usage & Limits

• Free users may convert up to 50 files per hour. This limit is evaluated over a rolling hourly window.
• Maximum file size per conversion is 20 MB.
• No account or credit card is required to use the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use inktomd to:

• Upload, convert, or distribute any illegal content, including copyrighted material you do not own.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in any automated way.
• Use the service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

File Handling

Files uploaded to inktomd are processed and immediately deleted. We do not store, analyze, share, or retain any uploaded file content beyond the conversion request. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all files you upload and the Markdown output you receive. inktomd does not claim any rights to your content. The inktomd name, logo, and interface are the property of the creator. The conversion engine is based on an open-source library licensed under MIT.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use inktomd. If you are younger, you may only use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to inktomd at any time, without notice or liability, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Service Availability

inktomd is provided "as-is" with no guarantee of uptime or continuous availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or conversion errors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided without any warranty, express or implied. Conversion quality varies by file complexity. We do not guarantee that converted Markdown will be error-free or preserve all formatting from the original document.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, inktomd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
